Your task:

  • administrative support of the CFO
  • managing and co-ordinating the day to day running of the office
  • dealing with documentation, translations, correspondence
  • budget planning and tracking
  • preparing and organizing travels and meetings
  • preparing the agenda, writing protocols and meeting minutes
  • preparing presentations, consolidating of inputs

Your profile:

  • strong organizational skills
  • analytical and presentation skills
  • attention to details
  • ability to understand and assimilate complex and varied information
  • time flexibility and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • graduate at a Secondary School or university
  • min. 5 years professional experience with administration, min. 3 years in an international company
  • fluent English, Czech or Slovak, and basic German are essential
  • high standards of verbal and written communication skills in English
  • an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • previous experience with SAP and Sharepoint is advantage
