Infrastructure is an international unit responsible for delivering IT infrastructure services within innogy and RWE. IT infrastructure services include user services (e. g. workplace services) and technical services (e. g. data center services). These services are delivered 24 hours and 7 days a week as needed and in all countries where the business operates. As an IT Change Manager (m/f) you manage the changes of business segments / IT domains and the IT Infrastructure department across all geographies.

Your tasks:

  • assess operational IT changes (e.g. applications, infrastructure) in order to document and present a sufficient risk- and impact analysis
  • support the change requester in collecting all relevant information related to a change
  • prepare and manage change advisory boards (CAB)
  • support and contribute actively to the change management community to cover all business requirements of the process
  • support the process (also incident and problem) and service owners to enhance the process
  • work in international improvement projects
  • collaborate with service and supplier management

Your profile:

  • you have a University or University of Applied Sciences degree in computer science / business IT or similar qualification based on practical experience
  • you have professional experience in information technology of 3 years or more, preferably experiences in it change management
  • you have knowledge in IT and are familiar with processes, methods and techniques especially of continuous improvement of service processes
  • as a candidate you rely on profound ITIL skills, ideally with certification
  • you have good social and communication skills
  • your personal qualities include a high level of motivation, a good ability to cope with pressure and willingness to travel
  • you are aware about intercultural diversity
  • last but not least your command of English is fluent and speaking German is an additional benefit
